KENVO DOOR recently finished production for hydraulic loading dock levelers for our middle east clients. In this project, client purchase 10 Ton loading capacity dock leveler, with tailor made 3m*2m size. KENVO DOOR loaded these dock levelers into 40-foot high container for sea shipment. KENVO DOOR installed a big size manual operation thermal insulated aluminum roller shutter door for Australia client. This manual aluminum rolling up door is 6 meter wide, much bigger than normal manual roller shutter door in most projects. To avoid any operation problem, we installed one sample aluminum rolling shutter door inside KENVO DOOR factory, to test it. The result is, the door can be easily moved up and down by hand with double side torsion spring systems as a balance to lift up the door. And such big side manual roller shutter door need be equipped with two ground floor locks at each side to lock the door slats onto ground floor, because its big width.

KENVO DOOR recently installed several PVC high speed doors for a USA client, who is from car parts industry. Client need install PVC rapid roller door to keep cool temperature inside their production workshop, with running air conditioners. They aim to use KENVO high speed door to keep the door closed all the time after forklifts or workers get through it everytime. Most world top pharmaceutical industry companies will show or visit this expo every year. KENVO DOOR shows newly developed high airtightness PVC fabric high speed door for cleanrooms in pharmaceutical factory or food factory or electronics factory. Such special new design doors will minimize air transmission and avoid dust obviously.

KENVO DOOR finished a project of PVC fabric high speed door for a automated vertical warehouse in Changzhou city. Client choosed KENVO PVC rapid roller doors as a protection safety guard doors for lifter machines, which lift goods up and down between different floors of factory. In every exit of lifter machine, there is a KENVO PVC high speed roll up door. And this rapid door is connected with Siemens PLC of the lifter machine. When AGVs take goods to the door, it will automatically open, and AGVs will move goods into elevator. The whole process of material handling is fully automated, with total control of Siemens PLC controller system.

Today, we deliver hydraulic loading dock levelers for our New Zealand client. This client is a top ranked famous food distribution company in New Zealand food industry. They own several big distribution warehouses with cold rooms in different cities, which will store and distribute vegetables, fruits, meat and fishery products to all over New Zealand. In this new project, they are building a new cold room warehouse, with more than 10 loading docks. Client choose hydraulic loading dock leveler, mechanical dock shelter, and overhead sectional doors and buy from us with their customized sizes.

This is a project of electric car production factory, which is being built in Zhejiang province of China. Client is a world famous brand Jili Group, who owns brands like VOLVO, LINK&CO, and GEELEY. They expand the production facility for electric cars, and will build new workshop of 200 thousand square meters. In their assembly workshop, KENVO DOOR installed PVC fabric high speed doors for robotic welding cells, assembly robot rooms, and also final test rooms. KENVO PVC rapid roller doors are connected with robotic PLC in above production lines, to work as a whole system. In such a way, the PVC high speed roll up doors benefit a lot for improving automation level and car production efficiency.

KENVO DOOR takes new project in Wuxi city, China. The client is from a big company producing semi conductor product, who is building a new factory and warehouse. In the warehouse, client are using intelligent vertical racking system, with AGVs, RGVs, and lifting machine. We installed PVC fabric rapid roller doors on lifting machines, to offer a protection guard when loading and unloading goods from it. KENVO PVC high speed doors are interlocked with the PLC controller of the lifting machine. When the lifting machine arrive, the rapid door will open automatically. Once goods is unloaded, the door will close automatically, and elevator goes down.

This week, KENVO DOOR finished installing several new PVC fabric high speed doors for a factory which produces automated machinery for car industry. In this project, client choose bigger size PVC rapid roll up doors, which is Wide 3500mm and High 4000mm, for main entrance gates. And as for interior use, the door is mainly for workers or small pallet forklift, so its opening sizes can be small. The final clear opening size of interior PVC fast rolling doors are 2500mm wide and 3000mm high.

KENVO DOOR finished installing steel cleanroom doors for the pharmaceutical giant SANOFI, in their Bangladesh facility. In this new medicine production factory, SANOFI are building a 15000㎡ clean rooms which will start to produce new clinical medicine for Asia market. Clients purchased cleanroom steel swinging doors and also clean room windows from KENVO DOOR. All the cleanroom steel doors and clean room windows are customized for sizes, and opening direction. Surface color of clean room doors is made into marine blue, which is one of the most popular color choice for pharmaceutical drug factory doors.

A new project has been launched in Shanghai to build a 12000㎡ cold storage and cold chain logistics center. The project aims to provide a solution for businesses that require temperature-controlled environments to store products such as food, medicine, and chemicals. The project is being led by a team of experts from the Shanghai-based company, Cold Room Door Solutions. The team has extensive experience in designing and manufacturing cold room doors that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. A new warehouse of wheat powder food material in Shandong province of China, choosed to install KENVO overhead sectional door. Client is building a high vertical warehouse to improve the storage capacity. In the loading dock and all around area, clients decided to install KENVO automatic industrial sectional doors. They pay special attention to thermal insulation because this city is located in the north of China, with low temperature in winter time. Client need keep the temperature around 10-15 ℃. The overhead sectional door of KENVO is made from 40mm thick sandwich panel as a standard, with filling PU foam to get high thermal insulation. And with client's special requirment, we can supply also 50mm and 80mm thick panel to get better insulation.

This is a special project for us, which we recently finished in Lingang district of Shanghai. Client is a top famous building material testing laboratory company, which are building a new laboratory to conduct test for building material like block, concrete or metal product. They need such material to be treated inside a highly humid and hot environment, and then measure material strength and work life. They need the door of the laboratory to be highly thermal insulated and airtight, to keep humidity and high temperature inside. KENVO DOOR sales team prososed the cold room sliding door for client, to meet their target. Even though it is a warm room, KENVO cold room sliding door is the best choice to protect inside heat and moisture with its thick PU sandwich panel and all-around weather seal rubber. It is a good match to install KENVO cold room sliding door for such a special project.

KENVO DOOR recently finished a special project for automatic insulated roller shutter doors. Client is manufacturing container rooms as showroom for cars and other products. In each container showroom, there will be two electric motorized insulated roll up doors at two sides. As client's request, we do customized powder coating of the door and make it into black color, which is in harmony with the whole container showroom. Considering these showrooms will be located in empty outside place, which may cause big wind pressure, we use steel material to make the double skin thermal insulated slat to make the roller shutter door. So these roller shutter doors will withstand big wind and also help keep warm or cool inside the container showroom.
